0°钢丝带束层压出联动装置是配合冷喂料挤出机及其覆胶机头连续生产单条或双条钢丝0°带束层。该联动装置主要由钢丝导型装置、导经装置、冷却牵引装置、储存装置、卷取装置五个部分组成，在人工帮助下，可自动地实现钢丝导开、钢丝复胶、带束层冷却及卷取的全过程操作。

　　The line is matched with cold feed extruder and ruber coverimg head to continuously build single or double 0° steel belts.It consists of 5 units of a wire let-off stand,a dancer roll controller,a cooling and pull-off assembly,a storage,and a winder.It can automatically let wires off,rubber covering,cooling steel belt and winding with the help of operator.
