该生产线适用于全钢子午胎单层缓冲胶片的生产。生产线主要由(1)垫布导开(2)Ø360×1000二辊压延机(3)接取检测装置，(4)五辊冷却装置，(5)裁断装置，(6)输送机，(7)双工位卷取装置，(8)电控装置等组成．全线采用交流变频电机，用PLC控制．生产线采用手动和自动两种操作方式。　

　　The line is applied to produce single breaker strip for all steel radial tire.It consists of (1)liner let-off (2)Ø360×1000 two-roll calender (3)take-off measuring device (4)five-roll cooling device (5)cutting (6)conveyor (7)two-position winder (8) electric controller.The whole lin adopts a AC frequency chngeer motor,controlled by PLC.
