本装置与冷（热）喂料挤出机配套使用，采用机内（或机外）三复合挤出胎面。联动装置由接取、冷却、强制收缩、连续称量、对中、贴缓冲胶（另配两辊压延机及Ø90冷喂料销钉挤出机）、贴胶片、贴塑料布、冷却、定长裁断、快速分离、胎面称量、带翻转及液压升降台接取、不合格接取、二工位恒张力卷取等装置及电控系统组成。并具有打印、淋色、测温、测宽、称重双公差±2%，具有自动、半自动、手动控制，并设速度、温度、裁断、定长等数字显示仪，同时具有运行参数存储和调用功能。操作台配有运行人机界面、故障信息显示等。
　　 可供生产全钢子午线轮胎胎面及制品用，经适当调整后也可用于斜交胎胎面及制品。

　　The line is applicable for use in line with a cold(hot) feed extruder,extruding triple treads inide or ouside of the machine.It includes a number of devices for take-off,cooling,forcad shrinkage,continuous weighing,centering,cushion application(separately provided with a two-rooll calender and a Ø900 cold feed pin type extruder),rubber sheet application,plastic film application,coooling set-length cutting,quick separation,tread weighing,take-off unit and off-spec take-off unit with tum-over andhydraulic lift table, a two-position constant tension winder as well as electrical control system,also with functions such as printing,color spray,temperature measring,width measuring,color spray,temperature measuring,width measuring,weighting tolerance setting,over-spec alarm,store,recording,etc..The speed synchronization control system ensures the speed synchronization of the complete line,which includes with digital display instruments for speed,temperature,cutting,set-length,as well a swith functions of running parameter store and call out.The operator's desk is provideed with running man-machine(MM)interface,fault message display,etc..
