设备由本公司研制开发，主要用于钢丝压延生产线锭子房、钢丝带束挤出生产线锭子房。装置有恒张力无阻尼气缸、摆动臂、阻尼磨擦器等组成。钢丝导开时张力恒定，停车时能自动制动，钢丝压延质量好，是诸种钢丝导开装置中最为先进的设备。
