用于硫化各类摩托车外胎及小规格汽车轮胎。
　　本机采用单台筐架结构，可按用户工艺要求以2台、3台或3台以上组成一体，配上电控、热工及液压泵站达到占地小、节省成本的最经济目的。形式是BOM液压硫化机，开、合模为垂直升降，运动平稳，上、下合模时对中度精确，维修量小，操作方便。模具加热方式为钻孔平板式，升温快、温差小、蒸汽消耗低。
　　对于控制形式，机台合模力大小，放置模具数量、液压站配置要求等可根据用户要求进行设计。

　　 This is a BOM type hydracclic vulcanizer.When the mold is opened and closed,it moves up and down verically and stably weth very accuracy centering.The machine is less maintenance and easy operation.
　　 The mold is heater by a flat plate drilled holes,the temperature increases quickly,only having small temperature differential and lower steam consume.
　　 We can design the control mathod,mold clamping force,mold mumber assembly,the disposal of hydracclic station according to the user's special requirements.
