本机用于轮胎翻修中外胎的局部硫化。
　　本机主要由机架、热板升降调节装置、压胎臂伸缩压紧装置等组成。机器操作前，需将轮胎修理模镶入热板导槽并固定，将轮胎挂入压胎臂。压胎臂气动控制，并由滑轨导向压胎气缸收缩，胎外侧落入修理模并被压紧，开始硫化，待硫化结束，压胎气缸自动伸出开模，取下轮胎。

　　It is applied to tire spot curing when the tire is retreaded.It consists of a fram,an up/down adjustor for hating plate,an arm withdraw and stretch device.Before operation,plate and fixed,the tire is put on the arm which is driven by neumatic and guided by the chute.At this time,the cylinder will withdraw and the tire is falling down to the repair mold which will be clamped tightly.The cure begings.Whem the cure is finished,the cylinder automatically stretches to open the mold.The repaired tire can be taken off.
