本机适用于清洗裁重胎膜具内的污垢，使膜具表面清洁、光亮。
　　本设备壳体有型钢焊接外复钢板，上盖开、合由气缸驱动，在开模后由锁紧气缸锁定。底座上有转盘，模具放置在上面，由电机驱动并以6分钟转速缓缓转动。上盖前方内装有可在模腔上方作往复摆动的二把喷枪。 利用文丘利原理，由压缩空气通过喷枪将石英砂高速喷射到模具型腔内使污垢清除干净，灰尘由吸尘器吸除，石英砂回收重新使用。喷枪定位点可通过调节装置作径向及轴向调整，喷枪摆动角度可通过调节摆动气缸的摆动角度来达到。喷枪摆动频率可调节电磁阀上的节流阀，以达到改变喷枪摆动速度。所有调节（除摆动角度和摆动频率外）均可在上盖闭合状态下进行，并可通过上盖前方中央的视孔窗进行观察和监视。

　　It is applied to clean off stains in the cavity of the mold for truck tire to make the mold surface clean and smooth.The shell of the mold cleaner is constructed by section steel,welded to steel plates.The up cover is opened and closed by apneumatic cylinder.After the up cover is opened,it is locked by a locking cylinder.The mold is put on a revolving tray at the base which is slowly rotater by amotor at 6 minutes/revolution speed.
　　 Two spray guns fixed on the up cover can move back and forth in the mold cavity.According to the principle of Venturi,the spray guns driven by compressed air spray the quartz sand at high speed into the mold cavity to clear away stains and dust which are collected by a dust collector.The collected quartz sand can be reused again.Theposition of the spray gun can be adjusted laterally and longitudinally by an adjustor.The swing angle of the gun can be achieved through adjusting the swing cylinder.The swing frequency of the gun also can be adjuster by a throttle valve of the solenoid valve in order to change the swing speed of the gun. All adjustments(except swing angle and swing frequence ) can be done under the condition of the up cover closed,and be observed through the window on the up cover.
