适用于硫化汽车内胎。
　　本机结构为气动热板式，PLC控制。整体结构精巧简单。主要由机座，开合模装置、锁模机构、浮动坛压缸、上下加热平板、管路系统等组成。开合模由气缸驱动，采用浮动坛压缸紧模，所以内胎硫化时不易跑边，成品合格率高。蚌形开启，操作方便，维护简单、安全可靠。

　　It is applied to cure tire inner tube,structured of pneumatic and heating plate,controlled by PLC.It consists of a machine base, a mold closing and openning device,a mold locking device, a floating hydraulic cylinder,upper and lower heating plates,and piping system.The mold openning and closing are driven by the cylinder.The floating hydraulic cylingder can tightly clamp the mold, therefore no flash edges occure when the tube is cured.It is featureed with a kingd of clam shape openning,easy operation,simple maintenance,safe,reliable,can produce high quality products.
